Visual Travel Diary: Istanbul, Not Constantinople

Istanbul been on my list of places to go to since I can’t remember when. It’s a place where east literally meets west (cliched, but true). A cosmopolitan city that is both conservative and accepting. Rooftop bars sit alongside mosques and churches. Ancient markets are overshadowed by gleaming new malls and shops. The food is an intoxicating mix that perfectly shares the country’s heritage and location.

Truly stunning photos dear, I love seeing the world through your eyes. And even though I’ve been to Istanbul 3x, you captured details I’ve not seen.
