Last week I popped over to Norway for a couple of nights. It was my first time to this beautiful country and I ended up taking a tonne of photos. There’s too many for a single post, so I’m going to break them up for you.
I was there as a guest of Jarlsberg, but before they gave us a tour of their factory, I had a chance to wander around Gladmat – Scandinavia’s largest international food festival. Let’s just say Stavanger is my new
Heaven Valhalla on Earth.
Welcome to Stavanger
Here is where I fell in love with the port, the rooftops, the bird perched atop someone’s head and a graffiti-addled park.
Gluttony At Gladmat
The food festival that rocked my world. Yes, I followed pizza and cherries and pickled herring with salted squid and almond pastries and cheese. Don’t judge. It’s the way I roll.
See what I mean about lots of photos? And that’s not the half of it. Stay tuned…
