When it comes to writers, DH Lawrence (right) and Aldous Huxley (left) are two of my favourites. In the war of words, however, one far outshines the other. I’ll take banned steamy tomes (Lady Chatterley’s Lover) and marsupials (Kangaroo
) over a Brave New World
(even though it’s awesome too) any old day.
When it comes to style, however though, (yes, we’re on first name terms), is the sartorial subjugator. Check out the baggy pantaloons, cable knit knee socks and lace-ups. I’d manage that creased jacket too. Sorry, DH, get a shave and muss your hair if you want to be a contender.
