Twas the rainy weekend before Christmas… The lebkuchen are iced and the dense, alcohol-addled cake is in the oven. Hint: blitzing the boozy fruit makes for a moist-tastic concoction. Oh, and don’t forget to mix in the nuts before cooking. Oh well. It’s time for present wrapping and mulled wine. Two of my favourite things. How’re your plans shaping up?
