daily style inspiration: wide legs

Today’s style inspiration comes from more practical considerations. You see, I’ve spent the last three nights in hospital following an operation for a badly fractured ankle (thus endeth my basketball career). I’m talking a foot-to-knee cast (new season blue, of course), two three-inch cuts featuring an impressive number of stitches and lots of pain killers swimming through my system.

It’s a shame that I just found my pair of Sass & Bide skinnies, because it doesn’t look like I’ll be wearing anything but wide-legged pants until Spring. It’s a good thing I’m a fan of The Great Gatsby.
