I’m partial to the ballet. Probably because I’m constantly in awe of things I can’t do (gymnastics, touch my nose with my tongue, simple arithmetic, etc). In honour of full disclosure, I’ll admit that I did get kicked out of dance class as a child for lack of any kind of rhythm, skill or concentration. I didn’t care so much about the lessons, but woe betide anyone who said I wasn’t allowed to wear a tutu. Not happy, Jan*.
Now onto the task at hand: introducing London-based photographer Jan Masny and his ballet-inspired fashion editorial. Are these girls really dancers or just putting on a good show? Not that it really matters. Very happy, Jan*.
